#FridayFascinations: 5 Things I am Loving This Week!

Hi Friends!  I haven't done one of these 5 things I am loving posts in a long time!  So let's get right to it!

1.  Kombucha

I haven't quite figured out what this is but I kind of love the way it makes me feel.  Like cleansed somehow.  From what I gather, it is sugar and tea that has been fermented with live cultures until it is not sweet at all and a little bubbly.

2.  Plenti Yogurt = Yogurt + Oatmeal

Hearty and delicious and in a host of flavors.  You can get a coupon for $.35 cents off here!  (sponsored)

3.  All the tanks and shirts from the Rock n Roll Marathon crew!

Every year, they out do themselves with how cute their designs are their pre race shirts.  Bodes well for the medals and the race shirts!  If you really want one of these and are running either RnR SD or Carlsbad 5000, please comment below with your email address and size and I will see what I can do!

4.  Long Sleeve shirts from Running Skirts

You Mid Westerners and East Coasters may not agree but it has been mighty cold in these parts and these long sleeves have been a blessing.  So cute and warm when you need it and cool when you want!  And the colors and prints are awesome.  Check them out here.  I want them in all the colors!

5.  Chocolate Coconut Almonds

For the love of all that is holy in the world, DO NOT GO BUY THESE!  Don't do it!  They are so incredible you CANNOT stop at just one!  Don't say I didn't warn you but if you must, I got them from Trader Joes.  Of course.  And the shirt, because a lot of you asked, is from Trendy Treehouse

I am linking up with  MarCourtney and Cynthia - AKA the DC Trifecta!

I am also linking up with Nicole for Fit & Fashionable Friday!

And Jill for Fitness, Health & Happiness Link-Up!

So, what are you loving this week?  Have you tried any of the above ever?  Do you like kombucha?

As always, I wish you Happy Feet,
SD Mom

    1. From Google: Kombucha refers to any of a variety of fermented, lightly effervescent sweetened black or green tea drinks that are commonly intended as functional beverages for their supposed health benefits. (So still not sure what it is either!) Haha

  7. I love Kombucha, but I have to be careful about how much I drink at one time…if you catch my drift ;) I love, love, love TJs snacks, it's probably a blessing in disguise that we don't have any stores up in Canada, I think I would be in trouble!

  8. Did I tell you my husband brews his own Kombucha? He couldn't stand paying $3+ for a bottle, so he started brewing his own. He's a beer brewer, so I guess it came naturally. He and my son love the Kombucha. Guess I should write a blog post about it...

  12. Ok I've never tried Kombucha! But if it involves tea then I probably won't. I am not a tea girl. Now that Plentiful yogurt sounds amazing! I'm going to look for that next time I go to the store!
