To say that Hokas are my favorite shoe is an understatement.  Except for a very brief stint in Nike Frees, my entire (short) running career has been in Hokas.  I have run in all 4 versions of the Bondi, the Conquest, the Clifton, the Challengers, the Huakas and now, pictured above, the beautiful Stinson 3s.


So why Hokas?  Umm..because they are awesome.  As soon as I got rolling with the Hokas way back when (2013), I kicked my plantar fascists to the curb.


Yes, those are big balls.  Oh stop.  I only said what we were all thinking!  Well, don't take my word for it.  Take MY word for it and read all about every time I have written about Hoka One One here.

    I'm really interested in trying the Clifton 2 or the Conquest. I have an old pair of Bondis that I didn't care for (clunky), but I demo'd a pair of Conquests last summer that I liked (much smoother transition!).

    I've been very interested in trying Hokas so yay!! I tried on the Conquest 2s and they fit great. I didn't buy them though b/c I'm in the midst of training and am reluctant to switch shoes right now. BUT, I would love to win and save them for later :D (P.S.     I would love love to try the Conquest 2- I have only run in Asics but have not met my 5K goal yet- is it the shoes? Maybe I need to branch out! They look great for the longer distances- next half in September!

    I bought Hokas partly on your recommendation. I wore my Cliftons for the LA Marathon. I also tried on the Stinson ATR trail shoes and found them to be extremely comfortable. I didn't have an excuse to buy them at the time, but would do so if I won!
