I had a serious craving for cookies the other day! When you have a wheat allergy, wanting a cookie is not an easy thing. You usually have to bake them yourself for them to taste good!
So here is my super simple recipe for how to make delicious can't even tell gluten free chocolate cake mix cookies!
All you need is gluten free cake mix, vegetable oil (I used avocado) and eggs. Ready?
1 box GF cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Powdered sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the above ingredients to combine.
Make 1-inch balls. And roll each ball in powdered sugar. (Optional)
Put them 1-inch apart on a baking sheet.
Bake for 8-9 minutes. The will be soft when you remove them to a cooling rack.
Eat and Enjoy!
Let me know if you make them! So yummy!
What is your favorite Gluten Free recipe?
As always, I wish you Happy Feet,

I feel like if I had gluten free cake mix, I would make cake. Or just eat frosting.
ReplyDeleteWhere did you get the mix? Sprouts/TJ?
ReplyDeleteRalph's Grocery!
DeleteGreat idea for when I have my GF friends visiting! I prefer serving something "homemade" even if it started with a mix.
