#WhistleFit: Meet #SDDogMurray, Whistle Pet Tracker Review & Giveaway!

Disclaimer: I was provided a Whistle pet tracker for review and giveaway purposes thanks to my ambassadorship with Fit Approach and Sweat Pink!  I was not compensated in any other way!

So, if you have been reading this blog for more than a minute, you know that we moved over the summer.  And "we" means, SD Dad, me, D, S and #SDDogMurray!

Well, when we lived in our old house in the 'Burbs, Murray never ever tried to leave but now that we are in the heart of the city, he has been escaping to go explore the town.  And ARGH!  It is so scary because there are cars and bikes and ... all the other things.  I can't bear the thought of losing him!

He is such an important part of our family!  And now that we live so close to work, I have more time to take him to work out with me.  It ends up being a walk mostly when he goes with me but at least we are outside meeting friends and getting #WhistleFit!

So, enter Whistle GPS Pet Tracker!  It is like Lo-Jack for your dog!  Whistle GPS Pet Tracker is a on-collar device that provides real-time GPS tracking so you can locate your pet at any time. Using the all-in-one mobile app, you can check your pet’s location or track their activity from wherever you are and receive alerts if your pet ever leaves its designated home zone.

How cool would this have been in the early days when we moved into our new house?  We would have been able to locate him and easily find him!

Argh!  Look at that cute face!  You are thinking, "My dog is micro chipped.  I don't need this!"  Whistle GPS Pet Tracker uses GPS and cellular technology to enable you to see where your pet is at anytime and will alert you if your pet leaves home. To find a lost dog using a microchip, a dog has to be found and taken to a vet or shelter with access to the right database with the owner’s correct information. This process could take hours or days, but with Whistle GPS Pet Tracker you have the ability to locate your pet in minutes.

And now, I am giving one of you lucky dog owners a chance to win a Whistle GPS Tracker and 3 months of service.  Just enter on the Rafflecopter!

  8. I run almost every day with my border collie and australian shepherd. My aussie is an escape artist though. Usually after running a few miles, he decides he wants to run more, but without me. He thinks it's a super fun game of chase..... It's not....
