#SparklingDetox #Sweepstakes and Gerolsteiner Challenge!

Disclaimer: This post is sponsored by Gerolsteiner and Fit Approach.  All opinions are my own.

What is Gerolsteiner?  Funny you should ask!  I was just about to tell you!  Gerolsteiner is a sparkling mineral water which has been around since 1888.  And even though I just turned 40, that is longer than I have been alive.  HA!

They want you to take the Sparkling Detox challenge from September 11-15.  That means for those 5 days, you will drink nothing but Gerolsteiner and see what a difference it makes.

But to do that, you need Gerolsteiner which means you need to register today and you’ll be entered into a giveaway for a chance to win 1 case of Gerolsteiner Sparkling Mineral Water. 300 lucky winners will receive a case (24 x 500ml bottles) of mineralized refreshment for your Sparkling Detox Challenge. To enter the sweepstakes, enter here.  The sweepstakes ends on August 28, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. EST.

But why sparkling mineral water?  Well, as a runner, two of the most important minerals my body uses are calcium and magnesium.  And Gerolsteiner Sparkling Mineral Water is a great way to replenish what your body uses!

I have taken a huge liking to sparkling mineral water since I just finished another round of Whole30.  As you may know, sugar is a HUGE NO on Whole30 and after 30 days of no sugar, you just stop craving it.  But at the same time, you want bubbles.  I am a huge fan of bubbles in my drinks and mineral water is a great way to get the bubbles in without the sugar!  So, Gerolsteiner tastes great, has minerals and NO SUGAR!

Here is a real life scenario where Gerolsteiner has saved the day!  I belong to a book club and we take turns hosting each other at our houses.  Well, my friend J who started the book club and hosted the first one served an amazing spread and because I was on Whole30, I couldn't eat the cheese or the meat or the bread and worst of all, the wine!  But I was able to bring my fancy bottle of Gerolsteiner Sparkling Mineral Water and sip out of the same fancy wine glasses everyone else did.

And I was getting minerals while I was doing it!  In case you were wondering, we just read Commonwealth by Ann Patchett and next we are reading The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware.

So back to the sparkling mineral water.  We aren't big fans of soda at all and we don't let our kids drink it unless there is no other option.  So whenever my kids want a soda and they are sick of milk and "regular" water, I pour a little in a glass for them with lots of ice and a colorful straw and they consider it a treat!  Everyone feels like it is a special occasion when there are bubbles in your drink!

So, won't you join me on the Sparkling Detox challenge from September 11-15?  Make sure you enter to win your own case of the Sparkling Mineral Water from Gerolsteiner.  You have really good odds.  300 lucky winners for this one.  Enter here and join the Sparkling Detox Facebook group!  Even if you don't win, the best deal to get Gerolsteiner water is on Jet.com.

So tell me.  What was the last book you read?  Have you ever done Whole 30?  Do your kids drink soda?  Most important of all, did you enter the sweepstakes?

As always, I wish you Happy Feet,
SD Mom
