Next week is pretty much the same except for Day 5 is 9 miles. Slowly but surely I'll get to the high mileage weeks.
I was lucky enough to do Day 5 on a mini vacation. The SD Kidz, SD Dad and I spent the weekend in Laguna Beach to celebrate the 40th birthday of my person. Have you been there? It is beautiful! Made even more so with these 3!
My sweet friend Corinne agreed to do my 8 miles with me at 6:00 am and let me tell you, Laguna Beach is HILLY!
I highly recommend a quick trip to Laguna at your earliest convenience.
