#FridayFascinations: 5 Things I am Loving This Week!

You know how much I love these Things I Love posts!  Here is another brand new list of things I am loving this week!

1.  Spelling Bee

My beautiful boy participated in the cut-throat competition known as the Third Grade Spelling Bee!  He was fantastic and showed true compassion and for that, I am forever a proud mama bear!

After a lot of nail biting and teeth gnashing, I found out that I am a Rock n Blogger 2 years in a row!  I signed up for Carlsbad 5000 All Day 20K and Rock n Roll San Diego Half.  I am thinking of adding on the 5K too!  Any other cities I should check out?  Thinking San Antonio in December may be awesome!

This is what they call the "Whitestone" Gluten Free pizza.  Made of mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, basil and garlic.  Pure perfection!  If there is one near you, you must try!  Doesn't "taste" gluten free.

4.  This Quote that I have decided to live my life by sent from my awesome friend Robin!

Goodness knows I have had a rough week!  Epilepsy related issues...but I can't worry about tomorrow.  Must be thankful for today.  Today was a GOOD day!

After the LA Marathon, I want to start taking control of what I eat a little bit better than I do now.  I am not going on a diet or a cleanse.  Just going to be more mindful of what I put in my body.  Need to do something if I want to PR the Half this year!

Have you looked at any of Runners World books?  They all seem really well researched and written.

Before I forget, I am linking up with  MarCourtney and Cynthia - AKA the DC Trifecta!

I am also linking up with Nicole for Fit & Fashionable Friday!

And Jill for Fitness, Health & Happiness Link-Up!

Today is the last day to enter my Giveaway of the Original Worm.  Enter here.

And don't forget to register for the Craft Classic Half Marathon & 5K happening in San Diego on 7/17, Atlanta on 9/10 and Phoenix on 10/16!  Use code SDMOM for $10 off the Half and $5 off the 5K.

So, tell me what you are loving this week?  Have you ever been a part of a spelling bee?  Have you tried GF pizza that blows your mind?  Have you read any RW books?

As always, I wish you Happy Feet,
SD Mom
