Are you familiar with Road Runner Sports? A little background. In 1983, this running superstore was started in founder Michael Gotfredson's garage in Del Mar, California. So Road Runner Sports is a local kid who made it big time.
They haven't changed their customer service since then and they have added consumer protection you don't see in many big stores. Specifically, their return policy. IT RULES! Up to 90 days to road test your shoes and insoles before you return them!
Why am I telling you all this? Well, I was recently selected as a Road Runner Sports' Blog Pick and was asked to work with them on events and getting the word out about this store.
Of course! They have the most awesome events including Adventure Runs where you can win prizes like new shoes and in San Diego, there is an awesome Stone Brewing Beer Garden afterwards. Recently, they had a Girl's Night Out event. Check out fellow America's Finest Run Blogger Melissa's experience at this fun event! I recently attended a Hoka One One event there as well with the #SDKidz!
So, we all know Road Runner Sports has shoes. Even Hokas. But did you know that they make the cutest clothes and those clothes have only gotten cuter for the fall? They use high quality materials to make well made fabulous apparel! Like these!
The jacket is my favorite piece of clothing (besides Spandits - which I am wearing in the picture and which you can get for 10% off using code SPANDITSLOVE) I have worn in a long time. I am so excited that the temps here have dropped below 73 so I can wear the jacket every chance I get. It goes with everything! And it has thumbholes. I LOVE thumbholes!
And the long sleeve peacock blue shirt is so cute too. Such a fun color for the fall.
Okay, so now why am I telling you all this? Because I am GIVING AWAY all of it! You can win the jacket, the long sleeve and the headband! Perfect for cooler fall running temps! All you have to do is enter below!
And, speaking of Road Runner Events, if you will be in the San Diego area on Sunday 11/2 from 4-6 p.m., I invite you to join Road Runner Sports and America's Finest Run Bloggers for a How to Stretch and How to Foam Roll Clinic at the store. You can RSVP here and get your tickets for FREE. There will be prizes, food and DRINKS!

My favorite thing about changing my gear for cooler weather is the thumb holes! LOVE that in my tops.
ReplyDeleteI like all 3 pieces, but maybe the jacket best! Very Cute!
I love RRS line of clothes! Their quality is great and it's affordable. I change by going from shorts to capris and start layering on top with a light jacket. I love the jacket!!
ReplyDeleteBig fan of RRS and their R Gear!
ReplyDeleteI love l/s tops with shorts, my favorite thing to wear when the cooler temps start to roll in.
ReplyDeleteThat jacket is cute! I'd wear to run and just to wear!!
I love the long sleeve shirt. When the weather cools down, I usually just add another layer on top and I'm fine. I live in Santa Cruz, so it never gets too cold!
ReplyDeleteI love the quality and variety of the R-Gear. My favorite part of winter clothes is the thumb holes - so cute and cozy!
ReplyDeleteI just add thin layers! I love that jacket and the peacock blue shirt. Looks great on you!
ReplyDeleteI am addicted to running jackets - cannot get enough! I love the denim. The blue long sleeve is a perfect layering piece as well. Fall is my fave running season!
ReplyDeleteI usually add a light jacket so I can throw it into my yard when I loop around because I usually turn into a furnace when I run. I love the jacket! Super cute, and love the thumb holes :)
ReplyDeleteI love getting to wear longer leggings and long sleeves for running in the fall. My favorite piece is the absolutely cute shirt.
ReplyDeleteI love being able to wear long sleeves again as the weather gets cooler. And nothing beats those cozy thumb holes. RRS is a fabulous store and I've loved every piece of their clothing that I've bought!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the jacket. For fall I usually switch from shorts to capris, and I'll add arm sleeves.
ReplyDeleteI love the denim jacket. I wear layers, layers, and layers! So I can peel things off as needed :)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE RRSPORTS!!!! I go to their adventure runs :) I just won free asics, yaaaaay!
ReplyDeleteNow that it's getting cooler I'm moving from shorts & t-shirts to capris & long-sleeves. When it gets even colder I'll start wearing base layers and tights (I don't look forward to winter!).
ReplyDeleteThat jacket is awesome, would love that running or for casual wear!
I love RRS!! The Adventure Runs are a blast!!! And they always have outstanding customer service and apparel!
ReplyDeleteYay thumb holes!
ReplyDeleteI love the jacket! My cold weather clothing changes gradually, from a tank to a tshirt to a long sleeved shirt. If its really cold I'll add a fleece vest. I also switch my shorts to capris, but it's rare that I wear full length leggings.
ReplyDeleteI switch to the running tights, and a pull-over tech jacket with sort of a mock turtleneck (has the thumbholes, those are essentials), and gloves (learned that lesson the hard way)!
ReplyDeleteI love that denim A LOT
ReplyDeleteI have been trying to figure out if I want to workout in short sleeves with a jacket or just the long sleeve route. I'll probably test out both to see.
ReplyDeleteThis may be a duplicate but I don't think my original comment went through. I like for my legs to be warm no matter what so as the weather changes, I tend to get my running tights out first, then my light weight running jacket and then my long sleeve base layer. I really like the long sleeved jacket/pullover you have on in the picture. Thumb holes are the BOMB!
ReplyDeleteThat shirt looks SO cute and comfy!! I have not tried their line of products yet!
ReplyDeleteLOVING the bright peacock blue shirt!
ReplyDeleteWhen it gets colder, I usually add a layer that I can take off when I get too hot. This jacket would be perfect for me!
ReplyDeleteLove the jacket with thumb holes. This morning's run was surprisingly chilly- only 72 degrees here in Phoenix at about 6am, haha! I do usually wear a zipup jacket during the winter. Luckily it doesn't ever get THAT cold here! Thanks for an awesome giveaway!
ReplyDeleteTHUMB HOLES. they are the BEST I feel all cozy in them :) their jacket looks adorable!
ReplyDeleteI start wearing more layers as it gets cooler. Love the long sleeve shirt!
ReplyDeleteThumb holes FTW! I like the long sleeve color better, but anything with thumb holes has a guaranteed home in my wardrobe. It's the perfect compromise when it's a little too warm for actual gloves but a little too cold to not cover your wrists!
ReplyDeleteLove the blue shirt and that jacket w/ the thumb holes.
ReplyDeleteI switch to the running tights, jacket with thumb holes, and gloves
ReplyDeleteLove all those pieces! Thumb holes are the only reason to buy some jackets!!!!
ReplyDeleteThat jacket is a MUST HAVE!! I LOVE ME SOME THUMB HOLES!! Thankfully in SoCal we don't need many "cold weather" pieces, but having a couple staples is KEY!
ReplyDeleteHappy to see that the jackets have pockets, too. Why don't more more women's running clothes have pockets?!? And yes, I'm a huge fan of those awesome thumb holes. :)
ReplyDeleteI add long sleeves. I love the finish first shirt.
ReplyDeleteI add layers, mostly long sleeves. I love the long sleeve shirt with the thumb holes
ReplyDeleteI switch to long sleeves, then add a light jacket when it gets cold. I like the jacket here the best, too!
ReplyDeleteI love lightweight long sleeves! Depending on how cold I can always roll the sleeves up !
ReplyDeleteCold weather running is MY FAVE, and I love love love everything they've offered up for a Giveaway! I love the thumbies the most. <3
ReplyDeleteLove them all!
ReplyDeleteI love fall clothes, especially wearing some long sleeve shirts. I also love Road Runner Sports, there's a shop about 1/2 hour from me so I try to stop in when I'm in the area.
ReplyDeleteI love wearing long sleeve shirts. I really love road runner sports--there's a shop about 1/2 hr from me so I try to stop in when I'm in the area.
ReplyDeleteI'm a San Diego runner too and LOVE running in the winter. I can usually get by with adding a long sleeve tech shirt, lightweight gloves, and capri pants or compression socks to my winter wardrobe. Most of my body heats up fast when I run but my fingertips take forever to warm up.
ReplyDeleteI love cold weather running! I need more cold weather running gear and I much prefer a headband versus a hat!
ReplyDeleteI love the jacket!! The thumbholes are amazing. Love those!
ReplyDeleteLove all of these items.... so FAB!! <3 I need more cool weather running gear, so this would be a wonderful win for me!! Thanks for the chance!! :)
ReplyDeleteI am not fond of cold weather so I make sure I am suited properly. I wear tights and long sleeve tops and a jacket that I an easily take off if I warm up :) If not for these cold weather gear I won't be able to get any run at all.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite cold weather apparel is a snug hat to keep in my body heat! But, like you, I LOVE thumb holes in. Y long-sleeved running clothes. I think the jacket is my favorite of the three pieces here, in part due to the thumb holes, but also because I'm a big fan of layering...especially in the fall when the temps are changing so much!
ReplyDeleteLove the jacket! I wear layers when it gets cooler, because the temperature can go up or down 20 degrees before lunch!
ReplyDeleteLove that jacket! Looks super cute and comfy!

ReplyDeleteswitch from tanks and shorts to tshirts and capris. Love the jacket the most.
ReplyDeleteThe sleeves come out. And a thicker headband that covers my ears. They get the cold in anything less than 60 degrees!
ReplyDeleteHere on the Gulf Coast it doesn't get super cold. I usually will start wearing a long sleeve shirt and compression socks with my running skirts. If it's really cold I will put running tights under my skirt. I LOVE that shirt the best!!!
ReplyDeleteLove the jacket and I use layers in the cooler weather.
ReplyDeleteI live in Florida, so when the temperature drops to the 60s for a few days I get so excited about wearing long sleeves on my runs!
ReplyDeleteSweaters, scarves, and I conveniently wear my workout leggings under my work pants when possible to make the transition from work to gym even easier ;)
ReplyDeleteMy favorite is the jacket. When the weather gets cooler I usually wear long sleeves or a jacket.
ReplyDeleteI love the jacket.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason I really like wearing my warm hat when it gets cold. Even before it's cold enough to layer, I'm wearing my hat. I like the jacket above!
ReplyDeleteI love the long sleeve shirts with the hole for the thumb. I tend to wear longer tights during the colder days and a light jacket if not wearing a long sleeve shirt.
ReplyDeleteI love the Finish First Long Sleeve - with thumbholes. It is that type of weather already in Nova Scotia for long sleeve early morning running! But - no snow so we'll take the cool temps. I usually transition from shorts & tee to long sleeve & capris then leggings as the temps get cooler.
ReplyDeleteSorry - I should have put my name in there :) Lisa A.
DeleteHat, gloves, and long sleeve tech shirt when the weather goes < 30
ReplyDeleteThat jacket is too cute! Thumbholes FTW! I tend to get really hot when I run so I'm one of those people freezing in shorts or capris and a tank at the start of a run but it has to be really cold for me to run in pants or long sleeves.
ReplyDeleteThe jacket - I love thumbholes!!
ReplyDeleteI always have a hard time figuring out what to wear when the weather gets colder. I love the jacket!!
ReplyDeleteLove thumbholes, and I like layering.
ReplyDeleteLove my long sleeves w/thumbholes, love wearing my ear warmer on cooler days and love my winter hat on really cold days!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE long sleeved tops with thumbholes! I can't wait for cooler weather to wear them!!
ReplyDeleteOoh, that forever denim jacket for the win!! Yes, let's be twins, shall we?!?!
ReplyDeleteI love the jacket!! It's time to start thinking layers again. I definitely am enjoying the chill in the air on my morning runs!
ReplyDeleteWhen the weather gets cooler, I wear more layers. Love the jacket!!
ReplyDeleteI wear Yoga pants instead of shorts when the weather gets cooler! I love the jacket the best
ReplyDeleteI have a favorite running jacket that I always wear but I definitely need to expand my wardrobe! :)
ReplyDeleteI love that blue long sleeve tee! I adjust to colder temps by layering!

ReplyDeleteI usually always add a jacket so I love the jacket!
ReplyDeleteLove Road Runner Sports......the best customer service! RRS clothing the best!
ReplyDeleteI usually layer up and peel them off as I go. I live in the desert so the temp changes significantly during long runs.
ReplyDeleteI love the blue long sleeve!
When it gets cooler, I just add more layers. Still wearing shorts so far, with long sleeve light jacket or shirt.
ReplyDeleteI love all of those, but my favorite is the jacket!
Thanks for hosting the giveaway!
Deborah
I wear hoodies and lots of layers. I like your jacket the most. :)
ReplyDeleteThe denim jacket.... LOVE! :) I need layers now! SOOOOO cold. Brrrr.....
ReplyDeleteI love the blue top! I usually just throw on a light jacket since it's not cold for long down South.
