Happy Thanksgiving Eve!  I am so looking forward to gathering family and friends that are like family around my table tomorrow night.  It will be my first Thanksgiving as wheat free!  That is fun, no?  I am trying my hand at a gluten free pecan pie.  Wish me luck!
