Well, I am saying NO! No blisters. No chafing. Thankfully, I discovered Sport Shield early on in my running career and thankfully, I haven't had any problems with chafing.
I have told you about Sport Shield many, many, many times. But I haven't yet in 2016! Sport Shield has two awesome products, Original and Sport Shield for Her! Non toxic and it contains aloe and Shea butter to moisturize and soothe. Okay so it prevents friction from chub rub AND it moisturizes? All you need to do to remove it is to add soap and water!
I use it every single time I run. It is truly the unsung hero of my marathon training! Super easy to apply. It goes on like a roll on but then dries dry. No residue and no stickiness.
I am giving you a chance to win your choice of a regular Sport Shield or a Sport Shield for Her!
Whether you run in a skirt, with a hydration pack, sports bra or shorts, you need anti-chafe and the best one I have ever found and my very favorite is Sport Shield! So enter on the Rafflecopter!

ReplyDeleteChafing is the WORST. I forgot to apply my anti chafe stuff before a 17 miler this past summer and it was NOT PRETY! :P
ReplyDeleteOn my toes I use Vaseline. I'd love to try this on other parts.
ReplyDeleteI chafe under my sports bra. I have usually use Aquaphor for lube which does wwonders for chafing as well as healing. Would love to try this product!
ReplyDeleteI have had in the past horrible issues with chaffing under my sports bras. I have been using body glide and that seems to help but I am always searching for better answers.
ReplyDeleteI had an issue with chafing once. My t-shirt sleeves were way to short and my inner arms rubbed on my shirt the whole race. Felt like a bad rub burn later. I always make sure my sleeves are long enough.
ReplyDeleteI hate chafing! I try to use powder, but it often irritates more!
ReplyDeleteI use baby powder :)

ReplyDeleteI've only ever tried vaseline, but this looks like a great product! The problem with being a girl and a runner is I swear we all chafe, and nothing worse than not preparing before it happens:)
ReplyDeleteI have chafing all the times and I usually Vaseline but it didn't work sometimes!
ReplyDeleteThank You for the chance

Only once and it was so painful. I still have the rub burns. Didn't use anything since it was first time (and last) thus far
ReplyDeleteDeeeefinitely a problem for me, that I deal with by a little baby powder and a cool bath when I get back. Not workin' so well for me!

I do, I've used baby powder in the past but it doesn't do a great job at preventing chafing. I'd love to try this! It looks great.
ReplyDeleteI hate chafe! I ran a 7 mile run the other day in the wrong pants and the chafe was awful! Normally I make sure to wear a comfortable pair of pants and when I know it's gonna be a rough day for a run, I make sure to use baby powder or a chafing cream
ReplyDeletei use deodorant or baby powder.
ReplyDeleteid love to try this!!!
fingers are crossed :)

Yes, chafing is the worst. I have tried powder, but it didn't seem to work very well for me.
ReplyDeleteI do occasionally. I don't do anything about it lol eclairre at ymail dot com
ReplyDeletetoes in pointe shoes - wet paper towels
ReplyDeleteI used to but since I started using sports shield or body glide I have no problems

ReplyDeleteWe use powder! And also the one that looks like deoderant!
ReplyDeleteI use cornstarch based baby powder most of the time but when I run out, like today, I use plain cornstarch. Powder helps but it is very messy.
ReplyDeleteI chafe badly under "the girls" and have never tried a product like this as I've all sway used powder but it gets all over and cakes up.
ReplyDeleteMy hubby does! Seems like we've tried everything!
ReplyDeleteYes, I do have problems. I currently use baby powder to help with it!
